This tool allows to import the following:
- Building/assets
- Administrative units
- Suppliers
How to use this tool
Each row represents an entry to be imported into Aidi. For each entry, the underlined fields are mandatory and the non-underlined fields are optional.
- Each tab represents the Aidi pages supported by the import tool. Multiple tabs can be filled out at the same time, and the import will be executed across all tabs.
- After filling out the template, click on Validate Data to check that the rows are correctly completed.
- In the event that one of the fields does not comply with a validation rule :
The PID column, as well as the specific field violating the rule, will be highlighted in red.
- If the Display error message during validation box is checked, a message describing the error will appear.
- After validation, any error is documented in the final column of each tab, titled Error Message. For example:
Once your file has been validated, please submit it to support@aidi.io. A confirmation will be sent to you once the import is complete.

Building/Asset - Define a parent/child link
For buildings/Assets, it is possible to define a parent/child relationship. To set up this link, simply:
- Start by documenting the parent building/asset.
- Once the parent has been entered, it will be selectable by its code in order to link the child building/asset.
Administrative units - Define a parent/child link
For administrative units, it is possible to define a parent/child relationship. To set up this link, simply:
- Start by documenting the parent administrative unit.
- Once the parent has been entered, it will be selectable by its code in order to link the child administrative unit.
