How to delete a purchase order ? – Aidi

Are you trying to delete a purchase order? When doing so, did the following message appear?

Below you will see how to do it with ease. But first, you should know the following.

You need to know…

Before deleting a purchase order, please ensure the following:

You must have the appropriate accesses to delete purchase orders. Please contact your Aïdi account administrator, if this is not the case.
The purchase order must have the status In Preparation. If the PO has the status Approved (see image below), please contact your administrator to have it deleted.

Purchase Order Status

All payment requests, invoices, change orders related to the purchase order must be deleted. Please contact your Aïdi account administrator for this, if need be.

While the PO status is In Preparation, do the following:

1. Go to PURCHASE ORDER STRUCTURES section and delete all related components, if applicable.

2. Delete the PO using the recycle bin at the top right of the page. Delete button
