Return in Preparation of an Approved Contractual Change

Do you have changes to make to an approved contractual change?

It is no longer necessary to cancel or delete the approved contractual change: it is now possible to return it to preparation, under certain conditions, in order to change the description, the amount or any other required change.

2-Step Contractual Change (e.g. a change request)

An approved type 2 step_1 contractual change (first step of a two-step process) may be returned in preparation only if: 

1. The status of 2 step_1 is approved
2. No 2 step_2 contractual change (e.g. a Change order) is linked to the 2 step_1

1-Step Contractual Change (e.g. an amendment)

An approved type 1 step contractual change may be returned in preparation only if: 

1. The status of 1 step is approved.
2. No Payment Request or Invoice are linked to this contractual change. 

If the above conditions are met, then an action button to return to preparation for editing will be displayed as shown below.
