Release 12.0.0 - 2025 March 10th

We are pleased to present our new version 12.0, which brings significant improvements to several key Aidi modules. This major update includes new features, user interface optimizations, and various fixes to enhance your daily experience.

New Features and Improvements

Approval Chain

• Technological migration of the approval chain module, including an improvement to facilitate the replacement of approvers and modification of approval chains at any time.
  
  

Contract Management

• Improved comparison logic to allow creation of a payment request and associated invoice on the same day.
• Display of total column amounts in list pages for:
  • Invoices
  • Payment requests
  • Contract notices

Contractual Modifications

• Ability to directly delete purchase order modifications when no amount has been allocated to related payment requests and invoices.

Schedule and Resource Management

• Addition of a task filtering bar to facilitate searching.
• Streamlined top bar to improve user experience.
• Addition of a Project column in the resource management view.

Integration

• New GET API for contractual modifications.

Interfaces

• Visual improvements to the project list page and project dashboard to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Improved keyboard navigation accessibility for certain pages including Portfolio Management.

Bug Fixes

Budgets / Financing

• Fixed restricted access to budget templates if no template is selected during project creation.
• Resolved accessibility issues for users with administrative unit restrictions.
• Improved filtering in the budget template list.
• Enabled modification of description/reference fields for financing with revision.

Forms and Interfaces

• Validation of dates in Aidi forms.
• Fixed custom filter indicators that displayed inaccurate information.
• Resolved redirection issue to the wiki from the update window.
• Fixed display of global indicators in projects.

Contractual Modifications

• Fixed error message when deleting contractual modifications.
• Resolved issue preventing association of a directive to a change order during creation.

Schedule/Tasks

• Fixed milestone status issue in the schedule after being defined as "In progress."

Address Book

• Removed "Communication language" field for suppliers.

Security and Maintenance

• Updated system libraries.
• Enhanced security measures.

Purchase orders, contractual changes, payment requests, and invoices

• Fixed issue preventing external users from sending for approval.
• Fixed issue with management between purchase order code and reference.

   

Release 12.0.3 - 2025 March 12th

Purchase orders

• Fixed an issue where "Total with PO changes" was not updated in the case of a PO modification of type step 1 billable (penalty).

Payment Requests

• Resolved an issue preventing users from approving a reception when no approval chain was defined
