Budgets

Budget line duplication to accelerate entry of similar data

Taxes

Enhanced tax rate precision: support for up to 4 digits before the decimal point and 8 digits after the decimal point for more accurate tax and tax refund calculations

Contract and Purchase Order Management

Added confirmation dialog when deleting contractual modifications to prevent errors
Improved display of purchase order list when no project is selected
Display of total invoice count matching search criteria in the invoice list

Scheduler and Resource Management

Improved user experience when opening tasks in the scheduler
Removal of disabled tasks from timesheet copy functionality

Shop Drawings

Notifications now redirect directly to the relevant drawing for more efficient navigation

Integration and API

Various API endpoint improvements for better stability
Unified timezone management for better consistency

Note: Date and time values returned by AESA (for example, in created_at, updated_at fields, etc.) will change from the current YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format to ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss±hh:mm. This new format includes timezone information, such as 2025-06-12T13:57:35-04:00 (for Montreal).

Action Required: Your external systems using AESA will need to be updated to support this new date and time format returned by GET transactions.

Important: For input data from client systems sent to Aidi AESA, only the date argument sent to the /v1/real_costs/ endpoint in POST and PUT requests will need to be changed to comply with the ISO 8601 format.

Reports

Standard

Defining a New Standard for Reports.

Bid Form (V4.0)

Introduction of the new standard.
Graphic Overhaul.
Added a tax selection option.
Added an option that allows to either use Aidi sorting order or a sequential sorting order.
Added an addendum section in the form that allows to specify the lines impacted.

Declarations and discharges (V1.3)

Introduction of the new standard.
Added a red marking on lines were the discharge is greater then the declaration.

Contractual Modification (V2.6)

Fixed a bug were 1step modification were not included in the sum of real amount for the detail section.
Fixed a bug were the report would sometime generate an error while opening.

Payment certificate (V3.1)

Fixed a bug for the breakdown section were the amount for contractual changes would sometimes be calculated incorrectly for payment request.
