Release 12.2.0 - 2025 May 8th

We are pleased to present our new version 12.2, which includes new features, user interface optimizations, and various fixes to improve your daily experience.

New Features and Improvements

Temporary Approval Delegation

• New feature allowing users to temporarily transfer their approval rights to designated colleagues during planned absences. This new functionality applies to all entities using approval chains, enabling:
  • Precise time control (start and end dates defined by the delegator)
  • Simple management for viewing and revoking active delegations
  • Email and in-app notification system for pending approvals
• This option is accessible from the user menu, alongside the Change Password and Logout features
  
  

Contract Management

• Memorization of the last tab consulted in PO modifications to facilitate navigation
• Improved Cost Summary user interface: fixed column headers and constant display of side and horizontal scroll bars

Budget

• Complementary field values are now copied between budget versions

Filters and Navigation

• Improved project filter: the sidebar now allows clicking on the title to directly access the project details URL

Integration

• New API endpoints for approval chains:
  • General information on active chains
  • Approval information on active chains

Bug Fixes

Contract Management

• Allow modification of key fields in contract modifications when they are in the approval process
• Fixed display of Purchase Orders awaiting mandate validation (framework contract) in the PO to come list in the cost summary
• Fixed display of the amount of denunciations and receipts in the denunciation list view for level 3 and higher denunciations
• Deleting an approved directive now correctly updates the total column in the PO Modifications list view

Budget

• Fixed an error when deleting a budget with financing and accounting account associations

Forms and Interfaces

• Fixed the issue sometimes preventing users from selecting administrative units for supplier contacts
• Fixed translations:
  • Error message related to the absence of payment request
  • Purchase order activity section

Security

• Implementation of an application firewall to strengthen data and access protection
