What is the Maximum Size of Documents That Can be Attached in Aidi?

In all Aidi screens, you can attach documents.

The maximum size per document is 15 MB. This limits bandwidth usage.

The default maximum volume per customer is 1 GB. To increase this limit, please contact our support team at support@aidi.io.
