- Select Calendar management
The following steps are the same regardless of whether you access it from the List or Diagram view.
4. By default, a "Weekday" calendar is applied for all old and new schedules. If nothing is selected, the calendar will only allow working on days from Monday to Friday. For projects requiring work on all 7 days of the week, select 7 days.
5. Click Save
This selection applies to the entire project schedule.
✏️ Note 1: These calendars, known as global calendars, cannot be modified by users, but can be applied to all tasks of a project individually. In general, it is the organization that manages the calendars in this list.
✏️ Note 2: Only "Weekday" and "7-day" calendars can be associated with the overall project schedule. If you wish to associate contact calendars with tasks, this must be done on the lower-level tasks.
