Set Homepage Photo

In Aidi, it is possible for an administrator to set the homepage picture for all users.

To do this, you need to add the /potd extension to the URL of your Aidi environment, i.e. https://votreenvironnement.aidi.io/potd.

By clicking on the icon in the upper right corner, the administrator can add a homepage image.

Here are the recommendations for the image to be added:

JPG format (no GIF or PNG)
No spaces in the file name
Although there is no limit, the file size should be less than 1MB
The image will automatically adjust to the total width of the page (including the left menu). It is therefore preferable to have a landscape image, like 16:9, for a "correct" display on most screens.

An administrator can add the “Picture of the day” (POTD) access resource to certain user groups to give them the right to modify the POTD.

Configure the Homepage

To set the home page, go to the configuration panel from the Admin menu and make sure the "Display homepage" box is checked.
