This article describes each of the elements that can be added to the project list and analytics views. See How to customize project list and analytics views for more details on customizing views.
Project Information
Administrative unit: Main administrative unit as defined in the project. If no administrative unit has been defined for the project, this field remains empty. Administrative units are only available to customers subscribing to the Advanced or Enterprise plans on the Aidi platform.
Building: Main project infrastructure.
Code or Reference: Displays the project code or reference, depending on the configuration of your environment.
Phase: Project phase which can be updated either in the project details or in the board view by moving the card to the desired phase.
Priority: As indicated in the Prioritization section of the Project Details page.
Program: Program with which the project is associated, if applicable.
Project evaluation: Percentage as indicated in the Prioritization section of the Project Details page.
Project manager: As determined in the Contact section of the project.
Project status: Project status as indicated on the project details page.
Title: Project title.
Type: As defined in the Description section of the Project Details page.
Budget Management
Approved budget $: Amount of last approved budget, or if more than one project component, sum of last approved budgets for all project components.
Approved budget advancement %: Percentage of amount payable (sum of all invoices, excluding holdbacks, regardless of invoice status) in relation to last approved budget. The percentage is rounded to the nearest unit.
Budget gap $: As shown in the cost summary, difference between last approved budget and trend.
Budget vs projected gap $: Difference between last approved budget (including all components) and projected costs.
Budget vs projected gap %: Percentage of latest version of projected costs vs. amount of latest approved budget (all components included).
Contingency $: Sum of all budget items marked with the Contingency label, in the latest approved budget version.
Financing $: Total amount of financing sources associated with the project, including revisions. This amount includes financing for all components, whether or not associated with a budget.
Financing gap $: Difference between financing associated with approved budgets and the trend, as shown in the cost summary.
Financing gap %: Percentage calculated as the ratio of the trend to the total amount of financing associated with the project, whether used in a budget or not.
Financing vs projected gap $: Difference between the total financing used in an approved budget (as recorded in the Cost Summary) and the latest version of projected costs.
Financing vs projected gap %: Percentage of projected costs in relation to total financing used in an approved budget (as shown in the Cost Summary).

Initial Budget $: Value of first budget version, or if more than one project component, sum of first budget versions of all project components, in Archived or Approved status.
Contract Management
Advancement (pmt request/committed %: Overall percentage of completion of approved payment requests. Cumulative total amount of all approved payment requests divided by the sum of approved purchase orders, billable contractual changes and operating expenses.
Approved co$: Sum of all billable contractual changes with approved status.
Change Orders vs Contingency % : Percentage of the total amount of all approved billable contractual changes for the project divided by the sum of all budget items marked with the Contingency label.
Committed $ : Approved purchase orders, billable contractual changes and operating expenses.
CO vs Committed %: Percentage of the sum of all billable contractual changes with approved status divided by expenses incurred (approved purchase orders, billable contractual changes and operating expenses).
Declaration $: Total amount of declarations associated with this project. Please note that the Declaration feature is only available to customers subscribing to the Advanced or Enterprise plans of the Aidi platform.
Discharge $: Total amount of discharges received.
Holdback $: Difference between the amount in the Invoiced column and the amount in the Payable column.
Invoiced $: Sum of all invoices with Accepted status.
Outstanding balance $: Amount in Committed column minus amount in Payable Amount column.
Payable $: Sum of the Payable Amount field in the Synthesis section of invoices with Accepted status associated with this project.
Projected costs $: Projected costs are entered manually in the Cost Summary to bypass or extrapolate the trend automatically calculated by Aidi. The amount totals the current version of each component. Projected costs are only available to customers subscribing to the Advanced or Enterprise plans on the Aidi platform.
Real cost $: Sum of actual costs (approved invoices and operating expenses) for all project components, as shown in the cost summary.
Receipt advancement %: Percentage of total invoice amount payable, i.e. invoice amount less holdbacks, regardless of status, divided by total committed amounts (purchase orders + approved billable contractual changes + operating expenses).
Trend $: Sum of approved purchase orders and approved billable contractual changes, to which is added the amount of Operating Expenses and total expenses To come as calculated in the Cost Summary.
Schedule Management
Advancement date %: Calculation based on project start and end dates. This is the position of today's date in relation to the start and end dates defined in the project schedule.
Advancement scheduler %: Global percentage progression of the scheduler.
End date: Planned project end date according to scheduler. If the Set as the end of project task box is checked for a task, the end date of this task is displayed.
Real effort: Percentage of real effort in relation to effort trend. This is calculated by dividing real effort by the sum of real and remaining effort. Please note that it is only possible to register real efforts in the Advanced and Enterprise plans of the Aidi platform.
Start date: Planned project start date according to scheduler. If the Set as the start of project task box is checked for a task, the start date of this task is displayed.
Project Follow-up Indicators
Cost: Overall cost indicator as displayed in the project dashboard.
Date of global indicators: Date and time of last update of indicators in the project dashboard.
Global: Global project indicator as displayed on the project dashboard.
Global Status Comment: Comment from the global indicator section as displayed in the project dashboard. Hover over the comment to display it in full.
Risks : Overall risk indicator as displayed in the project dashboard.
Schedule: Overall schedule indicator as displayed in the project dashboard.
Scope: Overall scope indicator as displayed in the project dashboard.
Each of the custom fields on the project details page can also be selected for display (or as filter criteria) in the project list or analytics.
