The purpose of this article is to list and explain the indicators available in Aidi's Portfolio module.
Please note that the Analytics feature is only available to customers subscribing to the Advanced or Enterprise plans of the Aidi platform.
This list is continuously updated as new indicators are added.

Number of projects by status | Number of projects distributed according to the Status field on the project Details page. (statuses can be configured in the Admin section) | |
Number of projects by phase | Number of projects distributed according to the Phase defined in the board view of the project list. (phases can be configured in the Admin section) | |

Number of projects distributed according to the Main administrative unit. (administrative units are managed from the Initialize menu) Please note that administrative units are only available to customers subscribing to the Advanced or Enterprise plans on the Aidi platform. |

Number of projects distributed according to the name of the project manager defined in the contact list for each project

Number of projects by global indicator (General) |
Number of projects distributed according to the health of the global indicator. The global indicator appears in the project dashboard, as the first indicator at the top. |

Number of projects by indicator |
For all other health status indicators (excluding global), number of projects broken down by health status, whatever the indicator, at the time of the last update. |

Number of projects by individual indicator
|
Number of projects broken down by health status and indicator (one graph per indicator). The default indicators relate to costs, schedule, scope and risks, but may have been adapted to your organization. Names and numbers may therefore differ. | |
Sum of priorities by project status | Sum of Priority fields for all projects in the portfolio/filter, ignoring non-numerical values, broken down by project status. The Priority field is located on the project details page. | |
Total project budget | Sum of all financing associated with projects included in the portfolio/filter. | |
Total amount of approved budgets | Sum of all budgets with Approved status associated with projects included in the portfolio/filter. | |
Total budget (non-cancelled) by project phase | Sum of all budgets, excluding budgets with Cancelled and Archived status, associated with projects included in the portfolio/filter, broken down by project phase. | |
Total amount billed per month | Sum of amounts payable for all invoices associated with projects in the portfolio/filter, regardless of their status, broken down by month over the last 12 months. | |
Total cumulative amount billed per month | Monthly cumulative sum of amounts payable for all invoices associated with projects in the portfolio/filter, regardless of their status, over the last 12 months. | |
Total cost trend | Sum of trends as displayed in the projet dashboard for all components of all components of all projects included in the portfolio/filter. | |
Total planned projects hours, per month | Sum of planned effort in hours defined by resource for all scheduler tasks related to portfolio projects, by project and by month. | |
Total actual projects hours, per month | Sum of actual hours from timesheets by resource for all scheduler tasks related to portfolio projects, by project and month. | |
Total planned hours by resource, per month |
Sum of Planned efforts in hours defined by function of resources assigned to scheduler tasks related to portfolio projects, by function and by month. The Function of each resource is defined in the suppliers page in the resource record itself. |

Project progression average percentage |
Average cumulative progress of all tasks for all projects associated with the portfolio/filter. The progress of each project is visible under the Advancement scheduler indicator in the custom views of the project liste and analytics page.. |

Total cumulative approved change orders | Monthly cumulative sum of total amounts of all billable contractual changes with Approved status associated with projects in the portfolio/filter, over the last 12 months. | |
Total cumulative amount of non-approved directives and ODC |
Monthly cumulative sum of total approved amounts for all approved and non-approved contractual changes (excluding cancelled) regardless if they are linked to CO associated with portfolio projects, over the last 12 months. |
