This product update brings several small improvements that will improve your Aidi your experience.

We've modified certain visual aspects and added new fields to certain pages to provide better access to the different data.

Here's an overview of the main elements of this product update:

We’ve changed the line hover color from blue to grey to keep the focus on the line content rather than the highlight.

Addition of New Information in Declarations Page

Discharge and discharge waiting amounts are displayed in the associated invoice. To save you page changes, you can now also view these amounts directly in the declaration.

Supplier categorization

We've added a Speciality field to the supplier information. This information allows you to categorize your suppliers for easier searching. 

In the supplier list you can now also search by speciality, which will provide you with a list of suppliers of that category, e.g. architect, structure, etc.

The category is also displayed in the supplier list, giving you information at a glance.

News and Improvements

Analytics

• The terminology Portfolio has been replaced with Analytics for all resource elements and associated code in Aidi. 

Custom Filters

• Custom filter names (project list, dashboard, reports, etc.) must now be unique per user instead of unique per environment.

Custom View

• A new "Global Status Comment" column is available to customize the view of project list and dashboard columns.
• Users with an Administrator access profile can now delete a custom view.

Declaration

• Discharge and discharge waiting amounts are now displayed in the declaration description section.

Financing

• The Fiscal Year field is now limited to 4 numeric characters. 

Financing Allowed

• The Fiscal Year field is now limited to 4 numeric characters.
• A character counter has been added to ensure that information is entered accurately and concisely, without exceeding the maximum number of characters.

Portfolio Management

• The project code or reference, depending on what is used in your environment, is displayed followed by the project title in the portfolio project list.
• The drop-down list for selecting the person responsible for the portfolio now shows only those with access to the portfolio functionality.

Project Request

• People with an Administrator access profile can now modify the information in the Identification section of an approved project request.

Purchase Orders

• Purchase orders in approved status can now be sent back into preparation, subject to certain conditions.

Suppliers

• A new field has been added to define the supplier's speciality in order to categorize suppliers according to their speciality.

Visual Experience

• Change of the overlay color when hovering over a line with the mouse. The line now turns grey instead of blue, allowing you to focus on the content. 

Fixes

Access Profile

• Automatic assignment of the "User" access profile so that the new user can log in.
• Change the title of the User roles list to User access profile on the Users page. 

Budget

• Documents associated with a budget are now copied to the new version of the budget.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the first budget of a project from being deleted. 
• We now prevent deletion of a parent budget item if one of its child budget items was linked to another item in Aidi.
• Error message indicating that funding sources are insufficient for this budget is now translated.

Buildings

• Deleting a child infrastructure will not affect anymore the parent infrastructure.
• Added automatic refresh of the Infrastructure page after data deletion.

Cost Summary

• Correction to enable amounts for all contractual changes to be displayed in the details line by budget items. 

Financing Allowed

• Remove delete button for users without delete rights.

Framework Contracts

• Added Save and New and Save and Open options for saving the addition of a revision to a framework contract.

Lessons Learned

• Fixed the error that appeared when using the Ask AI button in the Improvement section.

Logbook

• Correction to filter logbook notes from a mobile device.
• You can now add files when the Duplicate feature is used.
• Fixed a bug that returned an error message in some cases where multiple filters were applied.

Project Request 

• Addition of a character counter in the project reference field of the project creation form opened from a project request.
• Deleted project requests are no longer included in project request searches.
• Correction to restrict editing of the Evaluation section only when the project request status is In preparation.

Scheduler/Tasks 

• Fixed a bug that prevented tasks from opening while in Resource Management mode. 
• Fixed display of actual duration in scheduler columns.
• Fixed a bug that caused the scheduler to "freeze" when adding and saving a scheduler simulation.

Shop Drawings

• Removed appearing error message when adding a comment to a shop drawing.

• Added automatic refresh after adding a comment to a shop drawing.
• Corrected the display of persons to be notified in the shop drawing, when the project is not set in the search bar.
• Fixed a bug that displayed an error message when modifying or creating a shop drawing, for some users.

Translation

• The term Engaged has been replaced by Committed.

Security

• OpenWeatherMap is used for weather tracking. In the event of failure or incorrect data, we ensure that Aidi remains secure and operational.
