This product update includes a few small improvements to enhance your Aidi experience. 

You’ll see improvements in the English language in some Aidi pages.

We have also improved certain elements of the budget page and the Causes section of contractual changes.

Finally, we are continually improving our range of reports available in Aidi, and we’re proud to present our new version of the Purchase Order Balance report.

The Purchase Order Balance report has been updated to version 3.0!

You can now generate the Purchase Order Balance report on all your data, and have a global view of your organization's purchase orders, grouped by suppliers.

Here's a summary of the improvements:

• Grouping data by project is now optional. You can nowview purchase orders grouped directly by suppliers, across multiple projects.
• Adding calculation of amounts with taxes, according to the tax groups configured in your environment.
• Option to show or hide details of payment requests and deductions to enhance readability,
• Report optimization to handle large volumes of data.

Fixes and improvements

Analytics

• The calculation of the indicator Total budget (non cancelled) by project phase has been revised to take into account a single budget per component.

Budget

• The association of project financing with a budget item can now be deleted.
• The error message displayed when deleting a budget item associated with a proposal or payment request without reference now shows the proposal or payment request reference.
• The functionality for associating a Contingency label to a budget item in Approval status is now disabled.
• It is now possible to freeze a budget item even if the budget status is in Waiting for Approval status. 
• Fixed a bug that prevented users with read-only permission from accessing the budget page.

Buildings

• You can now click on the eye on the right of the building line to open the details page.

Contractual Changes

Causes section

• The estimated cause percentage now uses the estimated contractual change amount.
• Fixed a bug that caused the decimals in the estimated and approved cause percentages to be rounded to the nearest integer in certain circumstances.
• It is now possible to modify the estimated and approved percentage fields of the cause.
• Cause percentages greater than 100% are now highlighted in red.

Custom View

• Change True or False choices to Yes or No in applicable custom field values.

Declaration

• In the declaration list, you can now click on the eye on the right of the declaration line to open the details page.

Documents

• New validation to ensure that the URL link is entered when saving the URL link.
• When a document is added to one of Aidi's functionalities, it is now instantly available in the Documents page of the Supervision menu.

Financing Allowed

• When creating a Financing allowed, the Save & Open button now opens the financing details page.
• When Save & New or Save & Close is selected when creating a Financing allowed, the fields are now empty and ready to be filled in when the creation modal opens again.

Framework Contract

• Addition of the column “End Date” in the list of Framework contracts.

Invoice

• In the invoice list, you can now click on the eye on the right of the invoice line to open the details page.

Lessons Learned

• There is now an automatic page refresh when a lesson learned is created.

Logbook

• The list of contacts is now displayed within the creation window when @ is entered to identify a contact.

Portfolio Management

• Correction of the display of the responsible person, which in some situations was not displayed.
• Correction allowing selecting a portfolio from the project details page.
• It is now possible to select an administrative unit when creating a portfolio.

Project Financing

• In the Breakdown section, the title of the “%” column has been replaced by “Financing Percentage”.

Project List

• Correction of the display of tasks from the View tasks button in the project list so that each task is displayed only once in the list.

Project Request

• The custom fields cannot be edited when the project request status is Converted.
• In the list of project requests, you cannow click on the eye on the right of the project request line to open the details page.

Proposal 

• The amounts displayed in the proposal list are now the same as the amounts on the proposal details page. 

Report List 

• Correction of the display of the 3-dot menu of report when a search displays a single report. 

Risk

• Correction of custom filter application so that filter modification is considered in risk display. 

Others

Disbursement

• As this feature is no longer in use, it has been deactivated from the Aidi environment.

Translation

English

• Translation of certain elements that appeared in French in the logbook filter.

• In the creation form for contractual changes, Change Notice Sender has been changed to Issued by.
• In the Directives / Change Requests detail page, Change Notice Sender has been changed to Issuer.
• In the list of contractual changes, Sender has been changed to Issuer.

French

• In the Task planning section, the task type “une activité” has been changed to “activité”.

Security

• Internal libraries updated for improved stability.
