We've taken advantage of this update to fix several small bugs. These may seem like small fixes, but they require great effort on the part of our developer team, and the results will greatly improve your daily experience with Aidi.

Here are more details on some of the main elements of this product update: 

Purchase Order Information

Did you know that you can print the purchase order information?

Simply click on the printer in the top right-hand corner of the purchase order page to obtain a pdf document showing the total amount of the purchase order and the breakdown by budget item.

In this update, we have added other elements to this pdf document.

In addition to the elements mentioned above, you will now also find the project code associated with the purchase order, the name of the project and the name of the last person to approve the purchase order.

✏️Note: A print template must first be created in order to use this feature.

Buildings Section has Been Renamed

In order to make the name of the page more significant, we renamed the Buildings page for Assets.

News and Improvements

Purchase Order

• Addition of the project code and title, as well as the name of the last person who approved the purchase order, to the document that can be generated on the purchase order page.

Fixes 

Buildings

• Fixed a bug that returned error 500 when searching for buildings.
• It is now possible to link a building to a parent building.
• The term Building has been replaced by Asset wherever it is used.

Custom FIelds

• Modification of error message for mandatory additional fields not filled in. 

Declaration 

• Following the modification of the discharge date, this date is now displayed correctly.

Financing Allowed

• Users with read-only access to financing allowed no longer see whether fields are editable or not.

Logbook

• Comment modifications are now saved in logbook notes.

Lessons Learned

• Fix of a bug that allowed deleted lessons learned to be accessed from the URL link.

Operating Expenses

• Fix a bug related to the date of the operating expense.

Portfolio Management

• Adjustment of the display when the menu is hidden in the portfolio page.

Program

• Fix a bug that allowed access to the data of a deleted program.

Project Request

• The total weighted rating displayed in the list of project requests now updates automatically if a change is made to the project request. 
• Evaluation criteria deleted in the Project Request Types configuration page are no longer visible in project requests where they were used.

Purchase Order

• Users with an Administrator access profile are now able to delete a print template for the purchase order from the list of printing templates on the Admin page. 
• Contractual change types allowed by default from the Admin menu are now added to the first purchase order in the project. 

Report List

• It is no longer necessary to refresh the page after deleting a report template.
• Fixed a bug that prevented immediate report generation if Generate Now and a periodic option were selected.

Suppliers

• Fix a bug that allowed access to the data of a deleted supplier.

Taxes

• Fix a bug affecting tax configuration from the Admin menu.

Translation

English environment

• Changed the column headers in the Components section of the invoice to make them more significant.
• Replaced Demand field by Title in the Directives description.
• Translation of approval chain statuses in the Approval Chain section on all pages where available.
• In the Access Profiles page of the Admin menu, we replaced the title of the Roles list page title to Profiles list.
• Replaced the ShopDrawing entity by Shop Drawing in the additional fields creation form.

French environment

• On the Access profiles page of the Admin menu,  we replaced the title of the Liste des rôles page title by Liste des profils.
• The names of certain entities in the Custom fields configuration page have been changed:
  •  Note is replaced by Journal de bord
  • ShopDrawing is replaced by Dessin d’atelier
  • Ordre de changement  is replaced by Modifications BC

Others

• Fix of the deletion confirmation messages displaying the word Undefined on several Aidi pages.
• Changed the display of the Notification button in the main menu.

Security

• Internal libraries updated for improved stability.
