This product update includes a few small improvements to enhance your Aidi experience. 

We've paid particular attention to the buttons available when permissions are read-only, and to translations in English environments.

Supplier Name Added to Approval Requests Emails

It’s now even easier to identify your approval requests; We’ve added the supplier's name to the subject line of the email you receive when an approval is assigned to you.

New Design for Cash Flow

If you're using the cash flow functionality, you'll now see a more user-friendly presentation of the control buttons for this feature.

News and Improvements

Access Profile

• We have hidden editable fields for resources where the access profile allows read-only access or where the user has read-only access to a project.

Budget - Cash Flow

• New design of the buttons for the Cash Flow functionality to make it more user-friendly.

Emails and Notifications

• Addition of the supplier's name in the subject line of system-generated emails and in Aidi notifications, for approval of purchase orders, contractual changes, payment requests and invoices, to make it easier to identify the supplier to whom the request relates.

Invoice

• New validation to block an invoice from being sent for approval if the amount of this invoice, (together with approved and pending invoices) exceeds the revised amount of the purchase order.

Payment Request

• New validation to block a payment request from being sent for approval if the amount of this payment request (together with approved and pending payment requests) exceeds the revised amount of the purchase order.

Fixes 

Budget

• Cash flow: Validation calculation of total cash flow distribution; no more error messages due to rounding.
• Translation of error message related to missing project financing when sending budget for approval. (English environment)

Buildings

• Disabled Create and Add contact buttons for users with read-only permission.

Configuration  

• Fixed a bug that caused the Configuration page in the Admin menu to be displayed in French when the language selected was English.

Custom View

• It is now possible to modify an existing custom view without changing its name.

Lessons Learned

• Criteria modification buttons disabled for users with read-only permission.

Logbook

• The star indicating the weather forecast is now displayed correctly.
• weather information is now displayed according to the GPS data of attached photos if no address is associated with the project.
• Weather information can now be displayed even if only the zip code is entered in the project.
• Added automatic refresh of the logbook note after changing the date of the note.

Project Financing

• Creating a second financing after saving the first using the Save and New or Save and Close button now shows empty fields instead of "undefined".

Project 

• Project list pie chart legend now reflects actual project status. 
• Disabled options in the Contacts section of the Project Details page for users with read-only permission.

Translation

In the English environment, the term Structure has been replaced by Component.
