Updating Report Standards – Aidi

We are currently deploying a new standard that will be added to upcoming versions of our report list. This new standard aims to improve the layout and accessibility, while streamlining the presentation. Here are the main guidelines for this new standard.

✏️Note: This standard is not yet implemented for all our reports. It will be gradually deployed throughout upcoming reports versions.

Tooltip

On the right of the title, you can find the following tooltip.

It contains the following informations/options

The versionning number of the report
The generation date of the Excel macros (and not the generation date from Aidi)
Language selection (French or English)
A link that leads to the wiki documentation of the report

Filters and configuration

This section, which can be opened/closed by clicking on the + or -, allows to configure filters, parameters and, in certain cases, graphs for the concern sheet. If these sections are not required for a sheet, they will not be present.

Colors and fonts

The colors and fonts that will be used are as followed

Display of contractual lines

The display of contractual lines follows 3 distinct formats:

Amounts formatting

The formatting of amounts will be updated according to your Aidi language and configuration. Here are the currently supported standards:

✏️Note: Thousands and decimal separators depend on your system's Excel configurations. The result may therefore vary.

Logo

The section for the logo will always follow a 10:3 proportion. In cases where the logo does not adhere to this proportion, it will be resized and centered within this section while maintaining its original aspect ratio to avoid distortion. For example:

Print button

All of our reports will have a pre-established layout optimized for PDF printing. Additionally, a print button will be added where relevant.

Translation Management

For enterprise clients benefiting from terminology specific to your organization, you will now be able to download the report from the wiki containing your terminology.
