Bid form (bidder’s guide)

Please note that only fields in light blue are editable by bidders. These sections will also be indicated with the following message:

General sheet

Allows you to fill in your company's general information:

1. The name of the company
2. The address of the company
3. The business number of the company
4. The signatory's name and title
5. The signatory's phone number and email

Form sheet

• Only the blue fields (unit price) are editable. You are invited to enter your unit prices according to the units defined on the left, where applicable.
• When an amount is entered, the amount of the parent lines (subtotals) will update automatically.

Printing the form

To print the bid form for electronic signature, you can follow these steps:
