In order to be able to create an invoice, some previous steps are required:
- Create a purchase order and make sure the status is Approved.
- Create a payment request for the purchase order created previously and make sure the request is Approved. (If the option Payment request required for invoice is not activated in the purchase order, this step can be skipped.)
To create the Invoice, Go to the Execution / Invoices page, then click on the Create button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Fill in the fields and click on Save.
✏️Note: The date of the invoice is important, as it will be based on the last approved payment request prior to this invoice.
