I cannot disassociate a change order, what do I do ?

The content of the screenshots may not accurately reflect the current state of the system, and / or it may be out of date.

You wanted to modify a change order (CO) already approved. But when you tried to UNASSOCIATE it, you got the following message: "You cannot unassociate a Change Order that is part of an existing receipt." ?

Why am I seeing this message ?

As the system indicates, there is an invoice in another Aïdi page that prevents you from changing the status of your ODC.

What do I do? Find and delete the invoice.

1. Copy the purchase order number in the DESCRIPTION section of your CO page.
2. Go to the Invoices page, then find one (or more) invoice that would be linked to this purchase order. If necessary, paste this number in the search bar of the Invoices page to sort the displayed invoices.
3. Once you have identified the affected invoice, delete it. To do this, open the detail page of this invoice, then click on the DELETE icon .
4. Now, go back to your ODC page, then try to UNASSOCIATE again.
