Why can’t I modify the budget?

Several factors may prevent you from modifying a budget:

• Permission: Your access profile does not allow you to modify a budget. Contact your administrator.
• Budget status: Only budgets whose status is In preparation can be modified. If the budget is approved, it is impossible to modify the values. You must then create a new budget version. This keeps a history of budget versions.
