Template for Logbook Notes

⚠️Important: This feature is only available to customers subscribing to the Aidi platform's Advanced and Enterprise plans.

Did you know that you can create templates for your log book notes?

You can use an existing log book note as a template, or create a note specifically for use as a template, which you can use every time you create a new note.

1. In the logbook note you wish to use as a template (either a note created specifically for the template, or an actual note), click on the options menu (the 3 dots in the top right).
2. Select Set as template.

Your template is now ready to use!

✏️Note: You can create as many templates as you like. Just be sure to name them intuitively, to make them easier to select when creating a new note. 

The next time you create a note, you can select a template to use in the Text section.

Warning ! It is not possible for a user of an Essential plan to save a template. Administrators of an Essential plan are invited to create the logbook entry template in their environment and then send a request to support@aidi.io containing:

• The reference of the logbook entry to be saved as a template
• The name to be given to the template
