The status of a project corresponds to its level of evolution in its lifecycle: Evaluation, In progress, Completed, Archived, Cancelled.
✏️Note: Project statuses can be configured by organization from the Admin menu. Contact your internal Aidi administrator to modify or add statuses.
In Aidi, to change the status of a specific project, just follow these simple steps:
First, click on the Projects link in the Initialize menu to open the Project List.
- To open the project, click on the Details button to the right of the project line for which you wish to change the status.
- In the top right-hand corner of this new page (project dashboard), click on the Details button, to open the project details page.
- You can find the Status field in the Description section. Click on the status displayed in this field.
- A drop-down list will appear, allowing you to select the desired status.
- Click on the check mark to confirm your choice.
- Click on the X to cancel the change.
A confirmation message appears in the top right-hand corner of the page, confirming that the change has been saved.
✏️Note: In the event that you wish to delete a project, we recommend changing its status to Cancelled, and thus avoid losing data.
💡Tip: You can create a view in the project list to exclude or include projects according to their status.
