New: modifying a financing account

A button has been added in the project financing detail pages, in order to make it possible to modify an accounting from these pages.

Fixes

• It is now impossible for a user to send an incomplete timesheet (without project or task) for approval.
• Date selection added to an availability or unavailability calendar was not saved.
• We have improved the load time of the project list page.
