Project request status flow

The diagram below shows the workflow related to the different statuses of the Project Request module. It illustrates the possible workflow for an administrator, as well as for a user with full access to the Project Request and Project Request Approval resources.

The Delete button in the 3 dots menu of the Status section will not be activated for a user who does not have delete permissions.

The Decline, Approve and Cancel Request buttons are only available to a user whose access profile contains Project Request Approval permissions in writing.

✏️Note: The Cancel request button cancels the approval request, not the project request.
